A new place for Overland Park residents to keep their wellness in check just arrived in Hawthorne Plaza.
Texas-based Restore Hyper Wellness just opened its first location in Overland Park last week. It moved into a storefront at 5029 West 119th Street, in the shopping center across from Town Center Plaza.
This is the first Restore location in the Kansas City metro, according to the company.
Restore Hyper Wellness offers a range of services focused on boosting energy or addressing pain and inflammation.
Some of the available services include cryotherapy, vitamin IV drip therapy, compression treatment and infrared sauna treatment.
The center offers monthly service memberships, but customers can also purchase one-time services or packages.
The store launched a soft opening for friends and family a few weeks ago and held a grand opening event last week for new customers and the general public.
Manager Rachel Hemphill said Restore Hyper Wellness aims for a more “cutting-edge” way to bring wellness to customers, who can walk through which services they want through consultations.
“People can create their custom plan, meaning that if they have a specific thing that they’re trying to heal or they want to find, we can create kind of like a plan for them as far as which services to use and how often,” Hemphill said.
Hemphill said the goal of the wellness center is to help customers “do more”, regardless of their personal missions or goals.
“Basically, we’re here to support people every step of the way,” she said. “Whether that means inflammation, sleep, energy, defying the signs of aging, all of that good stuff.”
Restore Hyper Wellness is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday through Friday. The center’s weekend hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
