Leawood reviews next 10-year capital improvement plan – Here are some of the biggest ticket projects

New bike paths along Tomahawk Creek Parkway and a playground replacement at I-Lan Park are at least two of the major projects that appear to be in store for Leawood residents in coming years.

In a work session Monday evening, the Leawood City Council reviewed the city’s projected costs for capital improvements for the next decade, between 2023 and 2032.
