Leawood approves plans for Macallister Place, a luxury home subdivision at 135th and Roe

The Leawood City Council unanimously voted to approve the final plan for Macallister Place, a 25 acre single-family subdivision at 135th Street and Roe Avenue. In an unanimous vote Monday night, the Leawood City Council approved the final plan for a new single-family subdivision called Macallister Place.

With its approval, 63 custom-designed homes are set to be built on the 25 acres of land at the active southeast corner of 135th Street and Roe Avenue.
