KU Health opening primary care clinic in southern Overland Park

The University of Kansas Health System is opening a new primary care clinic early next week in Overland Park.

The clinic will officially celebrate the opening of its newest Johnson County facility with a ribbon-cutting ceremony March 20.

The clinic will operate at the Corbin Park shopping center

Located at 6501 West 135th St., Suite F7, the clinic neighbors SPIN! Neapolitan Pizza, Petco and the Luxuria furniture store.
The clinic offers appointments from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.

The clinic offers primary care and different forms of therapy

In addition to primary care, the clinic also offers physical therapy.
Patients at the facility can use its on-site therapeutic gym.
Other therapy services at the clinic include occupational therapy and “sub-specialized” therapy services for conditions like pelvic floor disorders and cancer.

The facility is Corbin Park’s latest addition

It joins a growing number of new tenants at the southern Overland Park shopping center, including the neighboring Petco store.
Korean barbecue restaurant K-Pot also recently opened a new location at the shopping center.
Before that, the BRKTHROUGH gaming entertainment complex opened last fall.
